It’s completely normal to wonder this. Most people come to therapy because they’re looking for support, clarity, or a safe place to process what they’re going through. If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, therapy can be a helpful place to start. You don’t need to be in crisis — sometimes having someone to talk things through with makes a big difference.
Your first session is really just a conversation. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you hope to work on, and any questions you may have. There’s no pressure to share everything right away — we’ll go at your pace. The goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the start.
Online therapy gives you flexibility and comfort — you can join sessions from home, your office, or anywhere you feel safe and private. There’s no travel time, and many clients appreciate how convenient it is, especially on busy days. It’s a simple, accessible way to get support wherever you are.
